With over 35 years as a parking design consultant, David has become an expert in the nuances of functional design and land-use planning. His broad and varied project experience has allowed him to provide cost-effective design solutions to clients worldwide. David’s knowledge of parking operations, demand/feasibility analyses and parking structure functional design allows him to design not only user-friendly, but operationally-efficient facilities.

Warren has been offering parking operation and design consultation for over 40 years on projects ranging from small surface lots to multi-level facilities serving thousands of vehicles. As a former principal with a large urban commercial parking company, he gained valuable operations knowledge allowing a special understanding of functional issues in commercial parking structures. Warren is also a nationally recognized subject matter expert and routinely offers pre-trial and trial testimony on all matters relating to commercial establishments, in particular parking facilities.

Rob is a safety and security specialist who is an expert in perimeter protection, as well as retail and pedestrian safety. For over twenty years, Rob has focused his efforts on the protection of people and property from accidental or deliberate vehicle incursions. He is most active in areas of high security and public safety where people work, play and shop and is the founder of the Storefront Safety Council.
Rob is the Chairman of the Perimeter Security subcommittee for the Security Industry Association, dealing with Hostile Vehicle Attacks, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, and Threat Risk and Vulnerability Assessments. He continues as Co-Chairman of the ASTM F12-10 subcommittee that develops test standards for low-speed safety barriers in pedestrian and public environments, as well as Secretary for the full F12-10 committee which sets standards for high-speed anti-terrorist barriers. His work on both high security anti-ram barriers and low -speed safety barriers has been cited by ASTM, the Whole Building Design Guide, and the Security Industry Association and documented in numerous articles and media reports. He is an accredited instructor for the American Institute of Architects.
